The current Indian
Vidhwansak, which is an Anti-material rifle, should be further developed & mass produced for the Indian
Armed Forces. It is a heavy, high-caliber rifle, perfect for sharp-shooting in the Himalayan mountains & the rough high-seas !
(1) - India wants to mass produce (#20,000); the
...50Cal(12.7x99mm) M2H2 Heavy-Machine-Gun one for every (120)
company of soldiers, in the Indian Armed Forces ( Army, Navy, Air Force, Coast Guard and the Para-military force ).
(2) - The Indian Army also wants to procure & license manufacture the
30Cal(7.62x51mm) MK48-Mod1 Light Machine
Gun; in large numbers (#80,000); one for every (32) platoon of soldiers; to replace the old .30Cal(7.62x51mm) Bren Gun.
