He was a Allahabad / Benaras  University graduate and spoke the English language fluently, like all his brothers.

 
My 2nd late Grand Uncle was an intellectual and a graduate of Allahabad / Benaras University. He retired as a senior Executive for the Indian Railways & was stationed all over North India
