Other users logged into my Internet/slowdown of my speed to a trickle since 2005 !


Since 2005, my Internet conection has been awfully slow, despite me subscribing for High Speed Comcast/AT&T connection. I have used the computers
with the same connection speed at various school laboratories and they work fine. The pages upload & download in about 1-2 seconds; you can save, 
edit and use the scrollbar to move up and down in seconds. But when I am using my computer in my apartment, the pages freeze, take about 1 minute to
upload/download; and when I want to type a line into the search browser, the entire process is even slower than the 'church-mouse'. For example if 
I have to type 'Computer programming jobs'. The letter do not appear as you type along in a normal computer. Each letter/character appears after 
about 15 seconds. After I have typed the line in the browser, the entire word/phrase/line is printed letter by letter with a gap of about 15 seconds 
for each letter. So to type a small sentence, it takes me about 4 minutes. Damn. Even my 'mouse' looses control & behaves very abnormal at times !
I cannot watch any internet video files properly, as the speed of the video-stream is slower than normal.
Nor can I listen to any audio-files as the speed is slow due to outside interference. I could not watch
properly, the presidential debate, between President Obama & Governor Romney, due to picture & sound quality
These people living in the building have a very freaky mind! They are allways wondering, what I do in my apartment? They just cannot believe that in 
reality, actually I do nothing, just cook, eat, drink, sleep & browse the Web ! But they have a very inquisitive mind; they want to see whatever 
'wonders', I do in my apartment. I think, my internet connection is definitely bugged. THIS IS THE MODERN AGE OF ELECTRONIC SURVEILLANCE & HIGH-TECH
EAVESDROPPING. There are other people, who are watching my screen allways as I am browsing. Sometimes I do visit pornographic websites to relax my
frustrations. I am a loner for christs sake. I have not been with a women in years ! I do sometime massage & stimulate my aching body muscles for
relaxation ! Maybe they want to watch me massage myself. Maybe I have a unique way of doing it that they do not know or might want to learn by 
watching me ! Maybe they want to see, whether I actually have a penis. Damn. These people also want to find out, whether I inject narcotics into my 
veins. They just cannot believe that I am just an alcohol drinker ! HOW CAN ONE FIND OUT THESE THINGS IN DETAIL ! BY WATCHING CLOSELY ! They watch me 
all the time, to find out anything strange that they can find ? They have freaked out on me !  

I think the apartment below me is like a 'stakeout' den; where they all gather to keep an eye on me at various times of day/afternoon/night. I also 
feel that they have a live wire-camera somewhere in the vents or maybe hidden some where in my apartment. They could be county officials, but I have 
a weird feeling that they are Pakistanis who hang around there, posing as Indians; along with other tenant & locals, hoping to catch me or find out
something important! THESE PEOPLE HAVE BEEN TRYING TO AGGRAVAVTE & ENRAGE ME, SOMEHOW FOR A VERY VERY LONG TIME !!
