I arrived in the United States on August, 1979 to attend Springfield College in Illinois and the University of Illinois at Springfield! I
graduated from the University with a Bachelors degree in Computer Science (BS) & another Bachelors degree in  Business Administration (BBA).
I had planned to attend the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, for graduate school for my Masters degree and possibly a Doctorate.
But I was unable to accomplish that, due to certain events that had occured at the Southern Illinois University School of Medicine, at the
Memorial Hospital in 1989; that completely turned my life upside-down, like a fierce hurricane. Ever since then, I have been unable to get 
anything else accomplished in life, but just waste valuable, precious time in the United States; in my quest to find Dr Mary Ann McRae !!

I could not get to achieve or do anything constructive, as my life became suddenly dependent, on the VOTE of the people of Springfield, Ill,
and Memorial Medical Center. Being the state capitol, Springfield is the seat of the Illinois Government & also home of Illinois politicians,
such as the Governor, Secretary of State, State Senators, House Representatives, Attorney General, etc, etc. Suddenly, I became very widely
liked, talk of the town person (popular), as practially everybody in Springfield, Illinois began to discuss and give their opinion regarding
myself and Dr Mary Ann McRae. When I was an undergraduate student, in the early 1980's, I was already quite well known, itself The reason
was, that I always gave a simple & accurate description of India, when I introduced myself. The people just loved my style !

But in 1989, I began to hear from Springfieldians, that I had gone to Memorial Medical Center (Hospital) during Christmas 1988 and had sex
with a lady Doctor & was also witness to a rape and an illegal surgical operation performed by other physicans on this Lady Doctor without
her legal consent. The people of city of Springfield, wanted me to go back & check on this Lady Doctor, as she was still waiting for me at
Memorial Hospital, where I had supposedly left her. She was not leaving, as she wanted to report this, to the authorities as the hospital
medical staff was refusing to cooperate with her. The doctors were telling her, they knew nothing about what had happened & probably I was
responsible for that. Dr Mary Ann McRae told the doctors & other medical staff, that she was not going to leave the hospital-spot, until
I ( Anup Kumar Chaturvedi ) returned back to her at the hospital. She also publicly stated to the Doctors that I had seen the people who 
had done this to her & had told her not to leave the hospital-spot, until I returned with help. She also told them that I requested her to 
ask the people of Springfield for a vote, to decide if I would be allowed to return back to her, by her side; after I had left her that day.

Then the Doctors & medical staff insisted that if I ( Anup Kumar Chaturvedi ) had witnessed that EVENT entirely & left for unknown reasons,
then they would wait for me, until I returned to give an explanation. They also insisted that until I returned to Mary Ann McRae & be by her
side; that I be denied everything in Springfield, Illinois, that included employment, career advancement, social-life, entertainment, family
reunion, settlement, etc, etc. They also insisted that whenever I returned, I return back to the exact spot, where I had supposedly left her.
The reason being that if I had been a WITNESS to that tragic-act; then I should also know exactly where Dr Mary Ann McRae would be. I should
not just wander around the hospital; trying to enquire about her whereabouts. I would be arrested if I pretended that I never knew where she
was. They also INSISTED that Mary Ann McRae not leave the hospital premises; nor contact anyone to inform me; until I returned back to her (
since I supposedly had left her & told her not to leave until I got back) Dr Mary Ann McRae had offered me a multi-million dollar settlement;
(as she had said few negative things about me, unknowingly) if I returned back to her myself alone or with someone elses assistance and not 
say a word to her or blame her for anything that she said about me...........................................................................
