I have nothing against the Chinese people, in general ! It is usually, the Chinese Communist government that I refer to, in my opinion. TheChinese government has always used violent force, to put down democratic ideals of the people, in China & the Indo-China region. Take forexample TIANANMEN SQUARE China has acted aggressively, to all its Asian-neighbours, Tibet, India, Vietnam, Philippines, Japan, etc, etc

My friend Miss Xiuqi Li !
I would like to know; if YOU are indeed, visiting Florida Atlantic University occassionally for your 'blood therapy'. Have you
met my friend from China, Miss Xiuqi Li ? a Computer Science instructor, and a student working on her Ph.D at F.A.U. She mentioned
about you to me. But I want to be certain; that it is YOU that she has met. She is in trouble. She was set up last year & 'physically
assaulted' at FAU Davie campus, by few individuals. She was SETUP (framed) and led to believe, that everything that was going on
at that particular moment, was a normal routine. Being a foreigner & from an ASIAN country, she acted a little gullible, naturally,
and has suffered as a result. These people have verbally and physically' harrassed her. Just because she would not say; what
they wanted her to; all this occured.
I want these people severely punished for what they have done. Xiuqi cannot be harrassed; intimidated and blackmailed ! She is
not that kind of a person. She is smart, from an 'intellectual environment'; just like you are in Medicine. Besides, I happen
to like Xiuqi Li ! She is my kind of a woman. 'Computer Science and Engineering', is what I plan to do in the future !! I had these
plans long before I came to FAU or even met Xiuqi Li. She can be a friend and an immense help intellectually as I am a Computer Sc.
student & weak in C++ algorithms.
It seems that these people from outside have literally taken over the University. Even I, have seen strange people who just hang
around both the campus; Davie & Boca Raton; doing whatever they want & please. Some of them are look-a-likes, of you & your Doctor
colleagues; & some are look-a-likes of FAU faculty. They are well-trained & just out to confuse and get my friend in trouble. 
( Can
you imagine, somebody not even having finished High School; but telling Miss Xiuqi Li that they have an MD or a PHd or insisting
that I, cannot be a Programmer or cannot work on my Masters degree. Thats not right AND that cannot happen ) These people are just
impersonaters, who lie, decieve, and BULLSHIT others. Just because one has a big 'muscular body' does not mean that he was in the
military, or a college 'football payer', or an athlete. My friend Xiuqi Li, may think that she may have met your Doctor colleagues;
who may help her meet you, but these people have other devious plans in mind, including to 'spoil and hurt' Xiuqi Li.
Xiuqi cannot be setup and blackmailed, by them. They have talked nasty and have intimidated and made fun of me too, for no reason.
SOME PEOPLE IN THE UNIVERSITY, ARE DEFINITELY RESPONSIBLE & BEHIND ALL THIS. This could'nt have happened, without inside
help. These people are not acting alone. Xiuqi, even mentioned once that she has met Dr Birtch. I have seen that man in the Computer
laboratory; and that is not Alan Birtch. I quit going to the lab because of these look-a-likes. Thats all they do; create trouble
for no reason sometimes. I do not want these people just getting away. I want them to get nothing ! I mean nothing. I say stop
everything until these people are apprehended, properly punished & Xiuqi Li is let off this 'entrappment'.
What if you are not visiting FAU, Davie, at all; and your look-a-likes have somehow convinced Xiuqi Li that she is YOU and they have
conned her. That is terrible and unfair. What if you are visiting maybe once or twice a year; and these people have led Xiuqi, to
believe that you are visiting every week and she stays on campus hoping to be with you in that room with other people who are just
determined to physically assault her again and again. This cannot happen. Some of these people are really wicked and they are all out
of line and control, here in South Florida. She also mentioned that she has been repeatedly intimidated & harrassed by uniformed Florida
policemen. I have reasons to believe that these policemen are not regular Florida police; but impersonators who just happen to don
the uniform, and engage in illegal activities. They are all out of LINE & CONTROL. It is a well known fact that South Florida is a
drug zone; & there is widespread drug usage among city & state employees. BUT DEFINITELY NOT IN AN EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTION !
Drugs are a multi-billion dollar business here in South Florida. They are a new 'fashion in life'. People from all walks of life, out
here, are into the drug business, including the affluent business class. I have nothing against 'drugs' or people who are into drugs;
except people who harass & intimidate me, family and friends, for no reason. I will testify on behalf of Xiuqi Li, in a District court,
if the need arises. Miss Xiuqi Li was setup; blackmailed & then intimidated and sexually assaulted. We Asians-Americans suffer a lot
in America. We are an economic asset to the US government & serve America well, despite being ridiculed, mocked, insulted, intimidated and
discriminated, by fellow Americans !! This is the reward that we get after served America loyally and faithfully
