I was a good person in Illinois & never did drugs; or committed armed robberies; or raped women or aggravated
assault / battery. Do you think that I will do all that here in South Florida now ?? I am under constant
surveillance, 24/7/365 from the moment, I leave my residence & until I come back, for all these years. I am
like a prisoner. What sort of an intelligence apparatus is that ? What sort of a security-force is this ? They
are all out of line here !!!.
I also do not do DRUGS, like all the rest of the people here. South Florida is a haven for Cocaine & crack
users. Practically, everybody here uses Cocaine, in some form or the other !! People in South Florida,
especially MIAMI, use Cocaine, just like Americans up north eat popcorn and drink Coca Cola. Cocaine is part
of the South Florida culture. It is excepted in the society. As a mater of fact, Cocaine is the 2nd source
of income for many Floridians. Cocaine business in the United States of America is roughly 150 Billion $ per
year alone. Florida, alone is approximately 50 Billion $ per year. The Budget of Florida is about 70 Billion$
per year, out of which the REVENUE is about 55 Billion $. Cocaine business is almost equal to the revenue
earned in the State of Florida. You can imagine the importance of Cocaine in the Florida Economy. It sells
like 'hotcakes' & is sold practically everywhere, in movie theaters, restaurants, shopping-malls, bars, banks,
pharmacies, grocery stores, colleges, apartment buildings, etc, etc. Any public-meeting place, you can think
of in MIAMI, Cocaine is available.
People who do not do drugs cannot be DISCRIMINATED here in South Florida. That is precisely, what is happening!
I am considered a bad guy, because I am a MINORITY here in FLORIDA. I do not do 'Cocaine or Crack', like the
rest of the population. I am a 'SORE', in the eyes of the people here in South Florida. I cannot do anything
about it ! SO MUCH HAS HAPPENED TO ME HERE IN MIAMI, & I DO NOT KNOW WHO TO GO & REPORT ALL THIS. ALL THIS IS
SERIOUS STUFF WITH GRAVE CONSEQUENCES AND IMPLICATIONS ! Respectfully, the US Constitution has discriminated
against me gravely, by favoring/protecting the chronic drug-users of South Florida and allowing all this to go
unchecked! Practically, everyone in S. Florida is addicted to Cocaine/Crack! But the dilemma is, who is going
to report & act as a whistleblower! This is a major drug-zone. Every person is a suspect from top to bottom! I
have been under suspicion for all sorts of accusations/felonies for years. NO ONE HAS IMMUNITY FROM SUSPICION !
These Pakistanis (the dirty dozen); are the biggest Cocaine 'free-basers' of the US; assembled here in South
Florida ! They are into large-scale production of 'Crack-Cocaine' & have been doing this for 30 years plus &
by now have free-based couple of tonnes each. If these people stop production; there will be 'panic' in the
streets of South Florida & some other states in the US. These people have acquired so much power; due to the
nature & importance of the work they do; that they can apply pressure & get practically anything done here.
Cocaine is a multi-billion dollar business in South Florida. Practically everybody is involved in this business,
including the State & County officials. That is the plain truth !! Does it matter, whether the percentage is
99.9 % or 50.1 % ? The bottom line is MAJORITY. I have been harrassed and intimidated by these people, & they
have voted against me on every issue. Even here in Miami, I have not been able to achieve or get anything ! I
mean anything ! ( Graduate-school admission; Well paying professional job; Medical treatment; etc, etc ) I have
been discriminated & denied the basic constitutional rights; that other people have. I have been unable to get
any upper-level job or promotion, in this bureaucracy, for years !
How can the State of Florida, allow this to happen in this county (counties) ? The dilemma is; are THEY aware
of all this happening ? Or, do they have to be told about it; so that they can make an EFFORT to find out !! I
think, the State Department Officials, already know about all this happening here and are simply ignoring and
giving a blind-look. There is so much money out there to be made; so why not make it themselves & even control
it! I have suffered immensely, due to all this. I have been discriminated and denied the most basic civil rights
(educational, medical, labor, social, etc,) guaranteed by the United States Constitution! I love the United
States of America & respect the US Constitution. I am not an anti-nationalist. It is a duty of every concerned,
law-abiding citizen, to report to the Federal authorities & get the proper, legal proceedings implemented !
Honestly speaking & respectfully, I do not want to live in the United States any more, as there is no justice in
this country. I have been discriminated to the utmost and denied the basic constitutional rights of a US citizen.
I am also tired and it looks like there is no end to all this ! I do not want to meet anyone else in the US, but
just 'you' in person, so that we can resolve our differences & set things clear & straight. I want to return back
to India and try to further improve and consolidate Indo-US business relations, into a strategic partnership, in
this new millennium ! It is a difficult task indeed, to get complete US Government support for India (Government
of India) at the United Nations Organization, unlike Israel does, on various issues,such as KASHMIR, UNSC, WTO,
etc, etc, etc.
