OFB of India should modify its old FN-FAL .30Cal (7.62x51mm), which is semi-automatic into a full-automatic-battle-rifle, with a light, short BUTTSTOCK,
RECIEVER & BARREL; like the ParaFal. The FN FAL is still a good solid rifle. IF NOT, India should acquire a license to manufacture the modern /30Cal.(7.62x51mm) 
FN SCAR-H, full-automatic-battle-rifle, from the Belgium / US, OR the new Israeli Galil Ace-52/53 .30Cal (7.62x51mm), full-automatic-battle-rifle, that is light,
compact & modular OR the German Heckler & Koch HK417 .30Cal (7.62x51mm), full-automatic-battle-rifle, that is light, compact & modular as well !

  My favorite battle-rifle is the .30Caliber (7.62mmx51mm) US AR-10 (the predecessor of M-16) that never went into production for the US Army. It is an excellent
battle-rifle like the FN FAL, but the US army prefered the new lighter, shorter 22Cal (5.56x45mm) M-16. The AR-10 could be modified into a lighter & shorter model
like the M-16 with all modern accessories, including a bayonet. The Indian Army soldier will love the new, modified AR-15 (7.62x51mm) full-automatic-battle-rifle.
